DATO LOY TEIK NGAN

Founder, Leisure Holidays Bhd

Dato' Loy Teik Ngan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada. In 1987, he founded Leisure Holidays Bhd, recognizing a unique opportunity in the burgeoning timeshare industry. As a key figure in the industry, he served as the first Chairman of the Malaysia Timeshare Developers' Federation, where he led discussions with government authorities, contributing to the formation of industry legislation. Over the years, Dato' Loy has gained extensive experience across various sectors, holding roles in property, sales and marketing, finance, fast food, education, and the leisure and timeshare business.

Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of MBf Corporation Sdn Bhd , Group Chief Executive Officer of Taylor's Education Group, and Chairman of Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of travel services.

MR DING LIEN BING

Chief Executive Officer, Leisure Holidays Bhd

Mr. Ding Lien Bing began his career in auditing in the United Kingdom. After returning to Malaysia, he worked as an accountant for a trading and distribution company, later transitioning to a role as Method Analyst for a consumer products firm.

In August 1988, Mr. Ding joined MBf Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd as a Finance Manager, steadily advancing to become Senior Vice President overseeing Finance & Operations. He held several senior positions within the MBf Group, including Executive Vice President/Group Financial Controller and President-Corporate of MBf Holdings Bhd. Mr. Ding briefly joined OSK Holdings Berhad as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2006 before returning to MBf Cards as President in 2007.

In January 2011, he became President of MBf Corporation Sdn Bhd, and in 2012, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Leisure Holidays Bhd. Mr. Ding is a registered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He brings deep expertise in credit card operations, financial services, corporate restructuring, and corporate finance.

MS ANGELINA SAHAYA MARY

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director

Ms. Angelina Sahaya Mary was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 29 March 2021. She began her career with MBf Management Sdn Bhd in 1989 and later became Chief Operating Officer of Summerset Resort Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MBf Corporation Sdn Bhd, serving until 2009. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of TEG Assets Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Taylor’s Education Group, where she is responsible for the Group’s properties and student accommodation businesses.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Angelina has worked across various industries, including leisure and hospitality, property development, asset management, and the education sector. Her leadership roles span sales and marketing, customer relationship management, project management, and business operations. She has a proven track record in business turnarounds, new business startups, and strategic planning. Ms. Angelina holds an Executive MBA from Asia Metropolitan University.
