ConnectionPoints (CP)

1. WHEN TO BOOK YOUR VACATION


For ConnectionPoints Home Resorts

Reservations can be made as early as 12 months before check-in date and will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Member Services' ability to confirm a reservation is always subject to availability. It is recommended that members:

  • Reservations to be made as early as possible
  • Provide as many alternatives as possible for reservations - at least 2 alternatives. (e.g. dates, accommodation type. etc)

For ConnectionPoints Exchange Program

Reservation procedures for ConnectionPoints Affiliated Resorts are the same as ConnectionPoints Home Resorts reservations. Additional procedures are:

  • Request for reservation to ConnectionPoints Affiliated Resorts can be made as early as 6 months before check-in date.
  • You can only make 1 weekend reservation for ConnectionPoints Affiliated Resorts per Use Year. Subsequent weekend reservation can only made 1 month or less before check-in date.

For RCI Exchange Program

A minimum of 250 points is required for every week (7 days) exchange into RCI resorts. Split week is available at certain participating resorts. RCI Program reservation procedures will be in accordance to the RCI Membership Guide, which is subject to change from time to time.


2. GUIDE TO REQUEST FOR RESERVATION OF HOME AND AFFILIATED RESORTS


STEP 1

Check if you have the following:
  • Your Leisure Holidays membership number
  • Resort and travel date of your 1st choice
  • Alternative travel date and location of your 2nd choice
  • Number of person enjoying the great vacation with you

STEP 2

Contact our Member Services to:
  • To help you in your vacation planning and alternative suggestions
  • Place your reservation request
  • Confirm your reservation and request for the Booking Confirmation Slip


3. GUIDE TO REQUEST RESERVATION OF RCI AFFILIATED RESORTS


STEP 1

Check if you have the following:
  • Your Connection Points Membership Number
  • Number of Points you own
  • Validity of your RCI membership

STEP 2

Contact our Member Services to request to deposit your ConnectionPoints (250 points for 7 nights)


STEP 3

Contact RCI at (Tol Free) 1800 18 1121 to request for a vacation of your choice and have the following information ready in hand:

  • Your RCI membership number
  • Vacation dates and destination of your choice with at least 2 other vacation alternatives
  • Number of person enjoying the great vacation with you
  • Your valid credit card
  • Visit RCI website to place reservation online
