Refundable Security DepositA refundable security deposit is required at resorts (internal and external) to set off against any damages or expenses that Members/Guests may have incurred. The deposit shall be refunded in full, free of interest, in the event it is unutilized. |
Occupancy of Resort Accommodation Unit (Internal and External)A resort accommodation is defined as a unit apartment, chalet or hotel room, which may accommodate between 2 to a maximum of 6 persons including children. Accommodation units differ from resort to resort in term of:

Utilization of Resort Accommodation Unit and Resort FacilitiesMembers/Guests are required to observe all rules and regulations, which differ from resort to resort, governing the use of accommodation, amenities and facilities. |
Additional Expenses Incurred at Resorts
Policies governing expenses on utilities such as electrical and housekeeping differ from resort to resort.
Some resorts require the occupant to bear the expenses. Members/Guests are required to settle any additional
expenses incurred before checking-out from the resort.

Extension of Stay at Resorts

Housekeeping ServiceFrequency of housekeeping services differ from resort to resort. At some resorts, housekeeping services is not provided during the stay while certain resorts, housekeeping is available upon request and at a fee. |
