OF THE TIMESHARE HOLDERS OF CONNECTIONPOINTS TIMESHARE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that the Twenty-Fifth (25th) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Timeshare Holders of ConnectionPoints Timeshare Scheme (“CP”) will be held on Thursday, 15 May 2025 at 10.30 am at No. 1023, Level 10, Block B1, Pusat Dagang Setia Jaya (Leisure Commerce Square), No. 9, Jalan PJS 8/9, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan for the following purposes:-


AGENDA

  1. Election of Chairman for the Meeting.
  2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the Twenty- Fourth (24th) AGM held on 16 May 2024.
  3. Election of New Liaison Committee Members for the Year 2025/2026.
  4. Presentation and Adoption of the ConnectionPoints Timeshare Memberships Trust – Report and Statement by the Developer and Trustee and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
  5. Any Other Business of which due notice has been given.
